My work blends strength and mobility, yoga, breathwork, and evidence-based physiology into a method designed around one simple principle: your body deserves solutions, not shortcuts.I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs — every session, progression, and protocol is tailored to the way your body moves, learns, and adapts. My background spans human biomechanics, functional movement, flexibility science, modern breathwork, and meditation, allowing me to bridge ancient wisdom with modern performance principles in a practical, accessible way.
